The mother can place the restraining order against the boyfriend and herself (assuming it holds up in court), but cannon place one against the boyfriend against her daughter without the daughters consent.

No. the daughter is an adult and has to do this herself. Also, they all must reside in Alabama. The only possible exception would be if the daughter lived with her mother and the boyfriend keeps coming to the mother house.

Yes. In Alabama an 18 year old has not reached the age of majority. Of course the boyfriend can dispute the order at the hearing. There must be cause for a TRO.

i think her daughter would have to do it since shes 18, but if hes doing something illegal just turn him in to the police
