    NO BUT I SPEAK SPANISH AND I TOTALLY UNDESTOOD THE QUESTION BEFORE READING THE ENGLISH TRANSLATION.

    portuguese and spanish are not that different.

    say something else, simple to see if i can read it and understand it!!

    My ex was from Goiania, Brazil. We only dated for 6 months, but after that short of a time I could understand enough to get the gist of most conversations. I hesitate to respond in Portuguese because I have no clue about spelling or grammar.

    I think it's a beautiful language... very similar to Spanish, but different enough to confuse you.

    Um pouco. Ensino-me, mas depois Abril somente.
    A bit. I've been teaching myself, but I only started in April. Not sure if I got that right. Trying to teach yourself a language is really not easy. Plus the grammer is so counter intuitive for an English speaker. I'm semi-fluent in French, so that helps.
