It's happening to me too, more so today than the last couple of days. I'm having to refresh a couple times where previously I only had to refresh once.
Perhaps something is slowing down the servers?

I've noticed that when this happens, if I hit "Refresh", it will either post my Q&A the second time or state "Your Q&A has already been posted. You can go there in 3 seconds (or something like that).

Honestly I was so fed up this afternoon that I was ready to quit AB. This has been going on for weeks. I do realize that they are upgrading the system and I have tried to be patient..BUT..today just got to me..AB was ignoring me..doing strange things and signing me out all the time....
