I have a 7 year old RCA tv that all of the sudden stopped working - no picture, no sound except a very high pitched squeak when it is plugged in. You can't turn the unit on or off either. What should I do? Is this worth repairing?

You're reading My RCA TV has a good picture, but no sound when I play VCR tapes or cable. The sounds works fine on DVDs, though. What could be the problem?
