Husband is the guy in a marriage. Wife is the gal in a marriage (same marriage). Marriage is what you have to do to check the 'married filing jointly' box on your taxes.

A marriage is a covanant made between a man and a woman before God. It is a sacred agreement to be together until one of you dies. It is an agreement that no matter what happens, you will stay together. An agreement that you will not commit adultry, you will not divorce and you will be supportive of each other no matter what happens. The husband is the head of the house. He is the decision maker and should be respected. The wife is his partner in life. She is his advisor and confidante. Together, they work together to survive what life throws at them. They comfort each other. They work together to accomplish and survive.
