From what I can tell, you read about people with undisclosed STIs (meaning secret Sexually Transmitted Infections) having unsafe sex and thereby exposing their sex partners to their STIs and possibly infecting them? Yes, that does happen and it's terrible. This is why you should always have safer sex by using protection, because the person you're having sex with could be lying about their STI status. They also could be ignorant of their STI status (meaning they have an infection and don't even know it.) This is also why you should be tested for STIs regularly if you're sexually active. But what's your question?
