Yikes. The Yoga Federation wants Yoga to be a competitive sport in the Olympics and is pushing for this to happen. What do you think?

You're reading Bones cracking - is it good or bad when my bones crack doing certain poses? For instance, my hips pop when first warming them up, my back will also crack when doing twisting poses. It doesn't hurt - actually feels like some tension releases.

Thanks for the reply. I fly a great deal for work and spend alot of time sitting, so I think that might stiffen up my muscles and joints? I recently got gravity boots - it helps to stretch out my spine, but I need to get used to being completely upside down like that!

If you do alot of sitting like in a car or plane, make sure your pockets(especially your back pockets) are empty. This can cause your back to compensate for the bulge in your pocket and misalign.
