    You attract what you are. The words following "I AM" are very powerful and are what you bring to yourself. Look what you wrote following "I am" and that is what you will have more of. First you must love yourself. Then say "I am love" and that will draw love to you. Finding a lover cannot fill that. Only you can and then the lover will come to you and be the icing on the cake.

    A few books that I would recommend would be
    "Twin Souls - A Guide to Finding Your True Spiritual Partner" by Patricia Joudry and Maurie Pressman, M.D.
    "Conversations with God, Book 1" by Neale Donald Walsch
    "A New Earth" by Eckhart Tolle
