It is the modern age do ypu think the men and women should be 50/50?

    We are currently in the Post-Modern age, so that ship has sailed.

    What do you mean that men/women should be 50/50?
    I think men and women should have equal opportunities.

    Absolutly not. Having a draconian policy about 50/50 male/female distribution would be inane. People should be awarded jobs and positions on merit and ability, not simply which set of reproductive organs they have.

    Obviously everyone should have equal opportunity, but simply saying "Everything must be split 50/50" would be rediculous. What if you had a perfectly qualified female candidate you had to turn away because you already had 11 men and 12 women on the project?

    She would be quite upset.
