Why are kids so different to when i was young?

Well. . .I don't know how old you are now so I don't know how long ago that was. As for MY era. . .I think "morality" TODAY has gone right down the toilet . . .for the most part. . .unfortunately !

Now there is limited discipline, little respect, and kids are often given their own way.

Kids haven't changed so much, but you have. It's an apparency caused by your changed viewpoint, which seems (to you) to have remained unchanged.

Sin and the ways of the sinful world.

They are growing up in a different world.

Kids now have more TV channels, internet, cell phones, IM, and digital everything.
Just they way they communicate with their friends is drastically different from kids even 10 years ago.

Fears have changed, many parents keep their kids inside and kids don't run around. Also,many parents HAVE to work, so more children go to daycare or are raised by older siblings.

The list goes on, is it any wonder then that they are so different?

i think itd be a lot stranger if they were like you when you were young. don't you?

Kids these days watch to much tv and think they know it all, and their parents let them; which makes them be disrespectful, and with bad character qualities.

yes i know. We have lost our innocence and grow up way too fast... I am 14 and when i hear stories of even my kbrothers growing up ( 21 and 24 yrs) it was very different.

its sad really.
