Oh yeah, that happened a long time ago. Now I am quite cynical about their ability to represent me. What ever happened to the concept of finding win-win solutions?

To an extent, PARTISAN bickering (not bi-partisan) does. When it comes down to party loyalty rather than the best interest of the country and people they represent, I want to hurl chunks. On the other hand, the disagreement is built into the system for a reason. It does serve to protect us from fast implementation of radical social trends (to a point...it fell apart post-911).
