Ex-spouse is awarded part of my pension. i am supposed to send her a monthly check (after I receive mine) Can I claim any tax benefit for this like you can when paying alimony?

    Yes, like any alimony, it's tax deductible fir you and taxable income on her. Hopefully, she reporting it.
