youre fine. everything in your throat is connected. your glands may swell because your tongue is connected to all of that stuff. my ears even started to hurt. stick it out a week, you will be fine i promise. keep it clean.

Were you expecting something other than pain when you decided to get a hole punched through your tongue?
Smartass replies aside, make sure you don't have some kind of infection, see a doctor.
getting my tounge pierced,if i kissed(tounge)with my bf 3 to 4 days later wil it do harm?
