    Calcium paired with magnesium has been linked to the sleep cycle. People who lack these two cause you to wake up and have trouble getting back to sleep.

    carbs help you relax to sleep but protein will keep you wired

    warm milk is not a good thing to get to sleep

    but a baked potatoe or a slice of pizza will

    Well I believe it is Magnesium that is a stress reliever. So I wonder if that would also help a person with sleep? Not sure totally but makes sense. +5
