Intestines do not fall out.
yes they can I have a friend the just had gallbladder surgery and this morning her small intestines fell out through her vagina so they can fall out of you she is in surgery right now and its not good.

your intestines can be put back in they do not fall out unless the skin and other tissue is severed to release them from the abdominable cavitity. and you will survive. a gunshot to the staomach will cause you to bleed to death with in 2 hrs or so
