Well, I guess I have to answer my own question. Due to injuries in childhood and young adult life I had to have both testicles removed at age 25. That left me sterile for sure, but my wife and I thought I could be male even though I had to be castrated. It does not hurt, nor does it make me any less a man because I have nothing between my legs but my penis. My urologist suggested castration was my best option, and I'm glad I followed his advice. The pain of varicoceles crippled me. I later had my entire scrotu m removed by a woman doctor. Having my testicles amputated, and having nothing but mt penis comfortable. Without testicles I can't get a woman pregnant, and women friends appreciate the fact we can have unproteced sex without fear of getting knocked up. Considering that without testicles (nothing left but my penis), and I have n0othing beneath it, would you have sex with me?
