You're reading My wife has been having problems collecting child support from her ex-husband. Her husband cant be tracked, his job pays him under the table so his money cant be garnished. He wont report employment. We need serious help..

This is THE answer. My ex-husband did the same thing, got paid under the table and did not report income. I found out the company information and my lawyer made a call to the IRS. This didn't solve my problem, but it is a good place to start.
