    I think there is something wrong with your settings. Please go to your profile page and check the settings you want and leave those you do not want unchecked. And it is not really not necessary for you to sign out everytime you navigate away from AB. You can remain permanantly signed into the site when you are accessing the site from your own computer. There is no harm in that. There are enough built in precautions to make sure no one uses the site without your permission. I never sign out. And even when I log on the next day the AB never asks me to log in again.
