Help answer this question below.
If i was going to change career at this point in time i would be looking at getting into a debt collection agency at the moment. I'm sure their business has increased ten fold since people are struggling to live, never mind paying for things that aren't essential and can be repossessed.
What do you do now? What else are you qualified to do? Where do you live?
There's no one right answer for everyone -- and there's also no such thing as a completely safe career. The modern world is inherently dynamic, nobody really knows what's going to happen to a particular career field. But certain skills always help to improve your chances, e.g. someone who is good at selling can work in nearly any field, someone who is good at communication has an advantage in many, etc.
