Where does she work? I'd ask before going into her work, she might want that as her space. all girls are different. That's the safe answer...just popping in sounds sweet to me.

What a sweet and thoughtful, caring young man you are! Of course, bring her something to help her throat, but I would call/text/email her first to be sure of exactly what she would like, and when would be a convenient time to bring it...best time to show up would be at the beginning of her lunch break, but you need to know beforehand whether a cold or hot treat would be the best choice.
