My power supply stopped working after I tried to scan with my new color laser printer on. Both heavy power users. I checked and am sure the PSU is bad. I installed a new PSU and everything powers up but I can't get a picture. Tried resetting the BIOS.

I plugged my computer into a station that was running 230v power. It will no longer turn on of course. I would like to know what will need to be replaced to repair it. I was thinking it would be the whole power supply, am I correct?

My laptop's health monitor says that the fan speed is 66%. Is that too high, and if so, what should I do?

You're reading HP dv9917cl power cord light goes off and on, the battery comes on when the light goes off. I can jiggle the cord, it will work for several minutes, then it goes off again with no interferance. I'm not sure if it is the cord or the port. suggestions?
