Help answer this question below.
That depends on where you want to go with the story.
Is it a romance..? have them talk about boys.
Is it a Science Fiction story..? have them discuss the saucer sighting that led to the other girl's injury.
Is it adult..? have them involved in a "lesbian spank fest".
Is it a thriller..? have them receive news that their injured friend has been kidnapped.
It all depends on what you, as the author, want to do with your story.
Hope this helps.
PS: The "Lesbian Spank Fest" is a reference to a TV show called "Coupling" and I just counldn't resist it.
one could start feeling sick and they found out she got a disease from one of the other patients at the hospital.
they could have a slumber party and then have a call in the middle of the night saying their friend isn't doing so good.
remember someone was having and party and go just for the heck of it. when they get their some kids are talking about their friend in the hospital and they start a fight.
i hope you can use one.
Umm... Maybe another one becomes injured and needs to be rushed to the hospital. Though that reminds me too much of Final Destination.
Maybe the group of girls have a serious coming of age conversation about the events of that night and how it affected each of them.
The only problem I have with the concept is why the other 6 girls go back to finish their 'sleepover' after one is hospitalized. That's a bit shallow. Normally they'd separate and go home?
Eh... That's all I've got Doc.
They all agree that they will NEVER, EVER use texting short hand (such as nex) again and expect to be taken seriously in their dreams of being real writers.
They could be all wound up about what their friend shared about HOW she landed in the hospital and make plans to solve the mystery.
They could realize that another one of them is missing, she drove her own car, and was going to meet them...where is she?
