    A man and a woman were driving in their car when it broke down. The man decided to go for help at a gas station a few miles back. He made sure nobody was in the car, rolled all the windows up, and locked all of the sedan's doors. He went off, but when he came back, his wife was dead, and there was a stranger in the car. No physical damage was done to the car, so how did the stranger get in?

    The woman he left in the car wasn't his wife, it was a hitchhiker. While walking to the gas station, he found his wife in a compromising situation, and in the heat of the moment, murdered her. He then returned to the car and the female stranger in it. The stranger got in when he let her in before this story started.

    Essentially he could have murdered his wife while he was gone and he was sitting in the car with a stranger all along

    The murderer is the husband in black.
    Think like this, because nothing was damaged and the doors/windows were still locked and the key was inside the car, the only explanation is the wife herself opened the door to the murderer. Why would she do that? Because he is someone she knows, someone as close as her husband! After the husband killed her with gun/knife/hands he locked the doors, leave the key , change clothes and backtrack to the gas station only to return with a gas tank
