I work well under pressure, but it's very stressful. How can I simulate pressure so I can work well without the stress?

    set yourself unrealistically short time-lines for your tasks and attempt to achieve them. You still get the pressure from attempting to achieve your task within the time-line, without the stress from your co-workers/bosses /teachers etc.
