Hey!
I have a PC with the internet and one without it. On the PC with the internet, can I download a PC game mod, and somehow copy it to the game disk so that I can play the game mod on the other computer without the internet?

You won't be able to put it on the original game disc, but you should be able to either burn it to CD/DVD or put it on a USB memory stick and transfer it to the other computer.
