Help answer this question below.
It sounds like your hen is egg bound. That's very dangerous. You could try some home remedies, but the best thing to d is go to a vet if you don't know what you are doing. I've had some success with getting a bowl of warm water and setting the rear end of the bird. Sometimes the warmth and the humidity will help. Do NOT try to break the egg as that could and probably would kill the hen.
So I don't have to type forever, here's a page that has lots of info about egg binding and why it may have happened and some of her suggestions. Please be quick with what you choose to do as time is of the essence as they say!

I would take her to a vet ASAP. Egg binding is very dangerous, especially cockatiel-sized birds. In the meantime, keep her warm and calm.
It could be egg binding, which is serious and can be fatal. Try google for solutions or see an avian vet if you are serious about the health of your bird. In the future, don't give them anything that allows them to get the calcium needed for egg production. Cuddle bones and that kind of stuff just turns cockatiels into egg factories. Unless you want to breed them, limit their calcium intake as egg-binding is a serious risk to their health.
Also, take away their eggs unless you are breeding them. 2 cockatiels can turn into 20 a LOT quicker then most people realize.
Try getting your female to eat kale, broccoli and or spinach. The vitamins in those veggies should help her pass her eggs.
