  • Yup, it's nice to have a wide variety of pictures and lettering for scrap booking, activities with my son ect. Then they get recycled.
  • I don't really own magazines I usually check them out from a library and borrow them from someone.
  • I'm a Machinist and most of my magazines relate to my field of work. I always save them as a source of future reference. I've come into new situations that an old issue has provided answers for.
  • When my kids were younger I kept a stack of magazines around, in case they had a school project that needed pictures. Now I only keep them if they have a recipe I want, a crochet pattern, or an article I want to share with a friend or family member. I do have a stack of Mechanix Illustrated and Popular Science magazines from the 30s and 40s that my father in law had saved.
  • I do, but mine are online,or saved to the computer
  • I don't subscribe to many magazines anymore, but years back I was heavy into model railroading. I had over 10 years worth of magazines in my closet. An endless supply of tricks, tips, and how to articles.
  • I save my New Scientists and my expensive design periodicals. By expensive I mean each issue costs about $28. Ow. The New Scientists are just an excellent resource in the Oval Office.
  • I work in the garden maintenance and landscaping industry so i regularly buy magazines on these topics. Once read, i keep them for reference.
  • i tried to save everything i read literally and physically too.i mean thousands of books/magazines,space became an issue.then in recent years i started to donate them to salons, clinics but most of them i gave to a street vendor.i still have about $15-20,000:00 worth of books and is in the process of donating them to a library. i have 3 magazines in safe keeping for my great grandchildren.only those 3 issues were ever published.
  • I always keep them. They come in handy sometimes, when you need to find out where you heard something. I also use them in my art, so most of them are torn up.
  • I do save some of the magazines I get or have gotten. Those magazines that I think I can use as reference materials or have articles I want to keep, I will hang on to. Those that are simply entertainment, I usually get rid of.
  • yupp! i do, i save it because If i get bored in the future. lets say 5 months later i have nothing to do, well i've saved up magazines from the past, and it gives me stuff to read. Hey i wont remember what i read in a year. SO yea i do! and i think i always will!

  • yes. most magizines i buy are about astronomy and the center-folds are maps & high lights for that month.
  • I do simply because the magazines that I purchase are special interest pubs and contain recipes, articles, or ideas that I may like to refer to later.
  • Yes, I save all of my magazines. Are there actual people out there that DON'T? Why wouldn't you save them?? To answer the question, I save mine because it's good to refer to when I need to remember why I don't like Paris Hilton and how much Nicole Richie weighs these days (my toilet-reading consists of tabloids). My other, more important, magazines I keep because I like to go back and read them at any given time. My fingerprints are also all over them, so I don't think throwing them out seems like the smart thing to do. I'm Obsessive-Compulsive, by the way :)
  • I don't buy any magazines but my sister has several suscriptions and so after she reads them when I visit I gather up the stack from her and take them to my place where I read the ones I want. After I finish them I box them up and mail them to another sister to read.
  • I kinda like to just in case I might need to re-read a certain article or someone wants to buy a certain issue.
  • Sometimes. A lot of times I cut them up and make a collage of images. Good way to kill some time.
  • I save them because I may want to look at an article at a later date. I never do but, you never know.
  • Yes I do because it is my interest to store them. All magazines are report on history
