He probably will. I`m sorry to say this but he deserves it.
well hopefully he will get time ... just might learn the light fingered little shit not to do it next time... I am sorry for you to have to go through this but he needs this as a wake up call and he only has himself to blame for the shit fight he finds himself in now
i'm afraid so. sorry!
That's a tough question. First, it somewhat depends on prior offenses, second, it depends on what you voted for.
States that are "tough on crime" throw people in jail for just about anything. The system in most states is heavily rigged in favor of the prosecution and judges are at the mercy of police unions that vote them in to make sure they give out guilty sentencing.
I don't know about MN. Maybe you'll get lucky and everyone won't be so "tough on crime." Good luck and unless the kid is a real delinquent, I hope he gets off with probation.
im guessing that he might, but we cant know for sho until it happens. sorry. good luck.
Depends on if he stole anything and if the owner will press charges or not, he will no doubt be fined for it, but if he does get any time, it probably wouldn't be more than a week to 30 days.

You're reading My son was arrested for breaking into a car. He goes to court this week. Will he get any jail time for this? He is 18 and we live in MN.
