Ask a question about Missouri law can a city in missouri inact an ordanace which would then require a landlord to furnish them with tenants names?

    Yes. In fact, some cities are now doing this to combat illegal immigrants taking up limited affordable housing.

    I would have to say yes I could be wrong I know some city’s have occupancy laws and require the land lord to notify the city with the name and SS number when they rent out a place.
