Because it probably has gone a little flat and warm, and I think the fizz adds to the mouthfeel of the beverage, thus it is not so good with less fizz, and the warmth is not as good for the flavour of the beer either. I think around 3 degrees C is the optimum temperature for beer.

It is not cold anymore. The carbonation has gone out of it. Your taste buds have gotten tired of the flavor. Something like 10% of the last swig is backwash, so you are tasting your own saliva. (mmmm, yummy!)
