Perhaps, but limited to on-shore operators to keep the cash in our economy.

NO, people get into enough trouble now. My sister was losing her husbands paycheck before he received it.

- But being illegal isn't stopping people from doing it. By legalizing it, it would at least bring the money gambled back into the country instead of going to off-shore gambling sites. Gambling is a terrible addiction, I'm not saying it's not, but people will find a way to do it. Still can't rate you.

No, I think they should not legalize gambling online. There is already enough gambling that goes on in this world, and they are making it really easy to show our teens, and children that gambling is okay. To waste away your money by chancing it, rather than save it to make a living. If they legalize gambling online then it takes one step to telling children, our teenagers that gambling is not okay. Save your money, use it for something better. Like saving up for a car, or for college, etc.

- Um, legalizing means it is NOT against the law. Your current answer contradicts itself. It is currently illegal to do so, but people do so anyway. As long as the gambling site is located out of the country, there's nothing the US government can do to the site, just the individual.
