  • You could safely assume that all pet food is tested on animals. In relation to ingredients in your food (colours, flavours, modified starches, all non-food additives) - all additives are tested on animals to see if they have adverse affects (toxicity testing), prior to approval for use in food. The WHO & FDA and other food agencies demand it. In relation to taste - none, as it would not be cost effective to have an animal taste something intended for humans - they can't say if it is any good.
