Contact the Worker's Comp authority in your locality and ask what their procedure is. They'll probably be astounded that someone is being honest about it.

I handel wc all day long....if they over paid you they can only take it back through further payments or if you send it to them. They can demand it back but if you choose not to pay it there is nothing they can do. They will try to make you think you will get in trouble if you keep it but you won't.
Dont tell anyone! Its their fault and you are reeping the benefits

100% correct with your answer, they will always notice an overpayment........sooner or later they will get it back.....save yourself the hassle, return the portion that is not yours to keep!
