We work 8 hours a day on average, sleep about 8 more.
Do you feel you make the most out of the other 8?

    NO...i'm at work for nine hours minus the break which leaves me with eight.

    i need an hour to get ready for work and prepare breakfast.
    getting to work i spend one hour and getting back home i spend another hour...that already leaves me with 4 hours a day.

    when i get home i have to prepare dinner and lunch for the next day...that takes me about one hour and a half or two.

    i have two hours left. i have to then take a bath, bathe my son change him and prepare his milk. when im done, its time to sleep.
    this is what i do everyday. when im off, its cleaning time.

    Depends on the time of year... in the winter I have a few hobbies, but it's generally too cold to enjoy much outside. In the summer I spend every spare moment in a canoe so then I'd say yes...
