Both.

I look forward to how it makes me look and feel. That and the sense of accomplishment it brings is definitely a pleasure. But the actual work of it is not fun.

That would be a lot easier if you could do that. Thanks.

Enjoy...might want to make sure you're alone (or not) when you read my writing. I bet a certain red head would like them too :)

If you like it, pleasure.

If you don't [and most don't], chore.

For me, exercise for the sake of exercise is a bore.

For example: working out in a gym is a bore to me. Sitting on a stationary bike and riding a simulated number of mile just sucks the life outta me.

Exercise in real life is GREAT! Like riding a bike somewhere...you get to feel the breeze, smell nature around you, see the sights as you go by, and more. Plus you actually get to DO something at the same time...like running out to a parts store or a grocery store and bringing back something.

It should be pleasure if it becomes a chore change to doing something else for a few weeks, keep changing your workout, exercises etc.

I'm a big fan of walking. I could do that for hours straight. I hate regular exercise though (unless it involves sex).
