I believe it is the coral reef in Belize which is second only to the Great Barrier Reef of Australia.

The largest coral reef in the Greater Caribbean region is the Belize Barrier Reef, which extends along the coast of Central America from southern Mexico to the Gulf of Honduras. It is 2nd in size only to the Great Barrier Reef of Australia.

The reef system off the east coast of Andros Island in The Bahamas is also a very large reef system, although it is not a "true" barrier reef, but rather a very extensive and well developed fringing reef system. Some authors also refer to it as a "bank-barrier reef".
