Pavel Datsyuk
Top 10 in faceoffs (Higher than Malkin+Crosby. Ovechkin sports a mere 25%)
#3 with +34 (Ovechkin: +8, Crosby +3, Malkin +17)
97 points, for 4th overall
50 giveaways (Ovechkin: 107, Crosby: 80, Malkin 81)
22 penalty minutes in 81 games (Ovechkin: 76, Crosby: 72, Malkin 80)
The guy plays only 90% of the minutes the big trio does, commits defensively and still notches close to the century mark on a consistent basic. On top of that, he never takes a game off. He's in top form each and every day, his vision and sense of space is unparalleled, he owns the best deke in the game, and is far and away the most complete player in hockey and is the most valuable player in the league. He's not flashy, he's just amazing. On top of all that, he's even humble.
Alexander Ovechkin
ALEX THE GREAT!!! OVIE!! OVIE!!!!
EVGENI MALKIN!
The next MVP should be between Ovechkin, Malkin, Crosby, Kane, Kopitar, or Parise. But as of right now im sure other people have a different opinion but those 6 are probably the favorites for the pick.
