  • You will probably have to wash them in Woolite in cold water ... maybe handwash them if you don't have a gentle cycle on your washer. The key is COLD water. Don't put them in the dryer ... lay them flat to dry.
  • In cold water, then take them out of washer & stretch them back into shape by hand. Never put them im the dryer, they will shrink.
  • Put them in on a wool wash and don't spin them.
  • Avoid hot water and never ever dry anything when the concern is shrinkage.
  • Exactly the same way you wash a wool sweater. Wash in cold water using a cold water liquid soap (Woolite for example). Rinse thoroughly. Roll in bath towel to absorb the extra moisture. Get a dry bath towel, place the socks on them and stretch to size. That's what you have to do with a sweater. :) Let them air dry and everything should be hunky dorry. :)
  • Hand wash with woolite and lay flat to dry on a towel. +5
  • Cold water hand wash in woolite.
  • Use cold water and do not put them in the dryer. Hang them up on a drying rack or clothesline.
  • So much work to wash them; why do it? It's ok if they smell a little. LOL
