You will probably have to wash them in Woolite in cold water ... maybe handwash them if you don't have a gentle cycle on your washer. The key is COLD water. Don't put them in the dryer ... lay them flat to dry.

In cold water, then take them out of washer & stretch them back into shape by hand. Never put them im the dryer, they will shrink.

Put them in on a wool wash and don't spin them.

Avoid hot water and never ever dry anything when the concern is shrinkage.

Exactly the same way you wash a wool sweater. Wash in cold water using a cold water liquid soap (Woolite for example). Rinse thoroughly. Roll in bath towel to absorb the extra moisture. Get a dry bath towel, place the socks on them and stretch to size. That's what you have to do with a sweater. :) Let them air dry and everything should be hunky dorry. :)
