What can happen to a 16 year old being charged for breaking and entering and grand larceny, his first offence in the state of virginia

    probably get a decent fine and community service along with having to pay for damages that he has done for the breaking and entering, as long as the 16 years old is cooperative and not being a lil smart butt.

    I found an article on the grand larceny that may interest you, though it seems to be geared towards adults, it may give you an idea as to the worst it could possibly be.
