    Winos.

    Smell.

A toilet that a cat would find too small to use.

    Security cameras.

Which MIGHT be monitored by people like those who called the police on a man standing there holding his little girl's hand on a Boston transit bus. (Police identified him as a family member...which may have been her father, an uncle, or someone else.)

Thankfully, the police resolved it in short order and quickly dismissed it.

Seats, that have backrests that swap directions. Scary restrooms, that smell of vomit, and have sinks...with faucets that don't do anything. Doors, windows, and emergency exits. Staircases. Luggage racks, Hooks for coats, Lights, personal lights as well. Train tickets, people, conductors, and engineers. Warnings of high voltage. Lockers for the conductors belongings. Fire extinguishers.
