• OK.. Here's a couple ice cream stories for you...
  When I was a little kid it was dark outside and the ice cream truck showed up in front of our house... The kids gathered there around the truck and while my sister bought us ice cream I started to walk around the truck to see if I could peek inside through cracks... As I walked around the truck I fell straight down as if the street had opened up below me. It turned out some SOB had pulled the grate off a sewer drain! I just caught myself with my arms and was yelling for someone to help me. This question reminded me of that. The other story is that every single time we stopped at a base in Iraq I would rush to the chow hall and grab a few ice cream sandwiches. I gained 25 pounds in Iraq. You eat a lot when every meal could be your last. I lost it all within months when I got back home.
