  • depends on where you will be in Japan. It's like asking what are some fun things to do in America. If you are in Tokyo, I highly suggest a guided tour. The electronics section (I forget the name) is interesting to see, but be sure that whatever you buy is going to work in the US. And my favorite was the Tsukiji Fish market. You have to get up really early, but it is so worth it.
  • If it's your first time to go then just being there is fun. But you should try to climb Mt. Fuji. You can divide it up into days or try to climb it all in one day. There are lodges on the way up that you can sleep and eat at. It's pretty fun (and challenging) and you get to meet a ton of people.
  • I took a day tour of Lake Ashinoko and had a good time. I recall a wild bus ride to an incline railway ride, an aerial tram ride and there was a boat tour which we did not take. Found this link http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e5201.html Have fun.
  • Eat sushi and noodles and find out where the Gisha Girls are.
  • Japan is the best damn country on the planet. If you are bored in Japan, you are next to dead. Just walk into any place and have a ball.
  • Everything!!! Japan Rocks!
  • Well, if you're into food, I love the food streets of Tokyo. They have better food than those high-ranking restraunts, if you ask me. Also, Purikura are fun to make at any age, but you might not like it. And also~~ Karaoke is VERY popular with all age groups, and it's so much fun. If you like shopping, Harajuku, Akibahara. Or if you're into cosplay, or you like to see girls in maid cosplay costumes, the Akibahara Maid Cafe would be a place to go. On more food subject, J.S. Burgers Cafe in Shinjuku is a great place to eat, too. (:
  • Going drifting on the race tracks, Tokyo style =)
