Unfortunately, you don't get to decide where the fat comes from when your body burns it off during exercise. There is no way to do crunches, and get rid of belly fat. It will help shape up the muscles underneath, but they will still be covered by the fat.

You just need to adopt a healthy lifestyle, including healthy foods and exercise. Doing aerobic, or cardiovascular exercise (like running, swimming, dancing, etc) will burn calories (and fat) from your body. Eventually, you will start to lose fat visibly, but you don't get to pick from where! So, eat healthy (and don't overeat, but don't stop eating either - eat enough to sustain your body) and exercise. It's the only way.

Yeah, I must agree with Nutrition Mom. I honestly don't think there is an "easy" way unless you just want to lose it and the regain it quickly (not eating regularly).

My method is just plain and simple - run.

If you have a swimming pool, even better! Swimming is better than any exercise out there because a) it exercise almost every part of your body, and b) there is zero resistance, so no chance of hurting yourself!

Just make sure you know how to swim if you're trying to swim in deep water, or you can just do laps in a lap pool!

To simply put it, your excess fat comes from consuming more than needed calories from fat daily, and the only way to easily lose them, is by a) exercising or b)eating healthy

ofcourse you need b) if you're doing a)
but if you don't want to do a) you can just do b)

Eating healthy is slow, but definitely works over time. Let me know what you think!

1 well...get a butcher knife and some vodka.

poor the vodka on...well you can figure out the rest.
then call 911 and get to the emergency room.

2 or run, walk, swim, or bicycle at least 2 miles a day and preferrably 5 miles or more once a week. (divide this by 4 for swimming)

3 go out to the dessert until you run out of gas, take plenty of water...walk home

    sorry...good luck

If you don’t consider belly crunch as easy way then liposuction is the way to go because you just have to sleep unconscious.

There's no 'easy way' but some of the ways are:
    Crunches--tht least favorite
Increasing your lean muscle mass (strength training) so that your body burns calories quicker
    Consuming a low fat diet.

All these people ask for the easiest way. I just want to way that works. Word to the wise: If you do find an easy way to shed the belly fat, don't expect it to last too long. The ones that have long-lasting effects are unfortunately the ones that take the longest.

I have to agree with everyone else.

Diet is going to have a 75% impact, so the easiest thing to do might be to cut out suggary sodas, buy all your groceries in lower calorie, lower sugar, and lower fat formations, and workout at least 3 times a week. And if you drink alcohol, STOP, because it has 0 nutritional benefit and as your liver starts to engorge, it will give you that "beer belly" look as well!

Finding a workout that you enjoy will make it easier to keep that exercise routine going. Also, weight lifting anywhere on your body will increase your overall muscle mass and thereby increase your metabolism.

Sorry there is no easy answer unless you're looking for a gimic, and theres a reason why you see new stuff out there all of the time... because none of it works!

But you may find changing your eating and exercise habits easier than you think, as long as you don't let yourself get discouraged. Try something simple at first and just keep adding more exercise as your body is able to handle more.

The good news is that its helpful for stress as well.
