  • Well I eat chocolate and alot of fruits. Im not sure about the fruit, if it helps easy pains lol. I know chocolate isn't the best thing to eat. You should google "what are good foods to eat while menstrating." There are alot foods you could be eating to help. Are you using other ways of relieving your cramps? Such as heating pads, hot baths and exercising.
  • I eat either Pepperidge Farm 3 layer chocolate cake or Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Fudge with brownies. I don't know how medicinal it is, but I sure do feel better.

  • I drink a lot of milk when I get cramps. I read in an article that dairy products are known to cure menstrual cramps and I completely agree. Green, peppermint, and chai tea have all helped ease the pain as well.
