Does going to the dentist and getting your teeth cleaned, really do harm to your teeth?? I have heard of people going to the dentist and getting their teeth cleaned and then they would have problems with their teeth decaying.

ive never heard this. you should go to the dentist every 6 months for a check up so the dentist can pick up any problems early including mouth cancer.
according to www.teeth-whitening.com there are no after effects to whitening your teeth.
