If they haven't worked in over 5 or 6 years, then it's time to taper off them and try something like ... uh maybe ... 10 weeks of no happy pills. by that time you might be effect free, maybe. Time to come up for air and smell the flowers, watch the sunsets, and get about 10 or 12 hrs. a week of sweat aerobics or bike spinning and see what endophorins can do for you. Or get a buzz toy and see if climaxes 3 times a day can do something for your attitude adjustment. Try down hill biking and see what adrenalin rushes do to your mood. You're reading I've been taking Lexapro (20mg), generic Wellbutrin (450mg) , and Equetro (400mg) for years, and I'm still depressed. Have these pills NOT worked for anyone else?

well, even though I would love to be all meds, I can not. I am bipolar. I'm sure you know where I am going with this. I WOULD tough like to get on different meds, but my psych doens't want me to. He just keeps changing the doses of my current meds.
