If you have sole custody and your ex and her husband harass and threaten your life and you believe your kids are unsafe at exes house should you denie visitation and make her go to court.

    You CANNOT deny visitation without sending yourself to jail, which causes harm to the child. Instead, petition the courts for an emergency stay. Plead your case to the judge and be prepared to bring ALL PROOF. You won't get anywhere without it. Be smart!
