  • Most women go through menopause in thier 50's, though some can go through it prematurely. Additionally, women can be peri-menopausal for 10 years, experiencing a host of symptoms, before they actually start menopause. Menopause is considered completed when a woman has not had a period for at least 6 months.
  • Don't know about most, but I started in my early 40s. Finished up about two years ago. It was quite a long process for me, but worth it...Woohoo!
