Help answer this question below.

My daughter is divorced,has custody of her 2year old,if she leaves him with her mother ,to go out of state,till the father signs papers for the child to go ..can the father pick the child up ,if he finds out the mothers out of state.what happens to the ba

    She needs to ask the courts permission. If there is good cause most times permission is granted. The father has the right to know where his child is.
