Article III, Section 3, of the Constitution:
Treason against the United States shall
consist only in levying War against
them, or in adhering to their Enemies,
giving them Aid and Comfort. No
Person shall be convicted of Treason
unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses
to the same overt Act, or on Confession
in open Court.
Failure to comply with a draft may be illegal, but it cannot be construed — in and of itself — as treason. Treason requires an active support of our enemies, and not merely a passive failure to oppose them.

I thought conscientious objection was already treason over there, knowing that the United States is really the Amerikanische Reich...
Refusing the draft has never been considered treason.
But consciencious objection is a pretty hard case to prove-and you can always be a combat medic and not have to bear arms.
